The space feels more cohesive now, and this wall sconce is the reason the change finally clicked. The brass detail was one of the reasons this version stayed on my list. When friends are over, it simply feels like part of the room. My first impression was more cautious than my opinion after living with it for a while.

What has grown on me is how little this wall sconce asks for attention once the reading corner is being used. It has been easy to live with on ordinary days. The room feels finished but still relaxed. I would make the same choice again for this room.
