I bought this to fit a bunch of equipment in my wall. I replaced an old small metal one. I had to cut my drywall longer to fit the size. I also bought the trim that can go around the edges.
I put in a UPS, Modem/Router, punch down panel, a network switch and other misc. I couldn't be more happier.
There are vents in the side to let air in to keep your devices cool. Because it is made of hard plastic, it won't conflict with WI-FI signals like a metal box will.
I am very happy with mine and hope my photo might inspire some other projects. It fits well with our furniture setup.
