For anyone purchasing this, for maximum record storage you are meant to store records on the middle shelves as well. I would definitely recommend measuring your record player to ensure it'll fit in the middle. I lucked out and mine barely fit. ?? Overall I'm really happy with this purchase. Previously I had my records stored on a bookshelf. This doesn't take up much space and it's neat to have your records displayed like you're shopping at a store. It fits well with our furniture setup.
