they work, easy to install
i got about 1/2 installed. They work, as expected. No failures. It works great as a table piece in our home. The quality really stands out.
This is a beautiful item and as other reviewers have mentioned more white and not nearly as antiqued as the picture. But I expected that from all the pictures posted so am very happy with the cabinet. For those that are interested in switching which side the door opens, in theory it can be changed. What I mean is that the hinges are flat-mounted and not mortised and the cabinet and door are a perfect square, so the door could be flipped and the screw holes on the cabinet filled if you wanted. The problem I found was that on my cabinet at least the screws were apparently glued so I could only get 2 of the 6 screws out without starting to strip them. Didn't want to ruin the cabinet flipping the door so decided to live with the left to right opening. Turns out is works fine after all! Others might have better luck. It works great as a table piece in our home. Very happy with the purchase overall.
