I built a vertical cabinet for a Parasound HCA2200II Audio Amp. I used these fans. These fans keep the amp below 95F at the hottest sensing point in the cabinet. Often times the fans are running in only Stage 4 or 5 (out of six) and holding temp at 90F. This amp draws up to 1000 W from the 120V supply and outputs up to 90A to the speakers. So the fan performance is quite remarkable. And these are very, very quiet! There is also a three-hole matching cover for the back plate of the cabinet. It works great as a table piece in our home.
