I purchased this piece specifically to replace another I purchased locally because this one was a little deeper and taller (and cheaper) I use it to store my Breville espresso machine on top and my microwave and air fryer inside. I cut out a small hole and run the cables through there. I live in a tiny space so this was perfect!
I also changed the knobs, these doors are way too big for tiny cheap looking knobs. After building it, I did notice the knobs are not centered vertically, and so my handles are a little lower than I wish, I have to flip the doors (eventually). The comfort level exceeded expectations. Very happy with the purchase overall.
Currently I have a hx stomp on a pedalboard with the big tonex. I bought this to go with a Helix floor since I could just tape it to the top of a blank spot on a helix floor and through the effects loop.
Now if you're someone who isn't on a budget, and prefer bigger with more control, get the bigger unit for sure.
But 20 models on a single tiny pedal? One you understand the controls this is a great deal, especially if you don't need to use many models and need something tiny. Could possibly find a nice small frfr cab where one could run both via battery. The comfort level exceeded expectations.
