The cabinet was just what we wanted! Assembly went well, but two of the main pieces were split. We assembled it and managed to hide the split pieces, but it was disappointing to get something that meets our needs exactly, except for a quality problem.

UPDATE: I contacted Simpli Home customer support about the split parts, and they immediately shipped replacements for each of the split parts. Both arrived in perfect condition, and I will be swapping out the parts soon. Kudos to Simpli Home for great customer support! After working with Simpli Home, I have revised my rating above from 3 to 5 stars. This is a great product and I am a happy customer again! The comfort level exceeded expectations. The quality really stands out.
