This is a nice option to a cabinet - it functions the same. It is probably less efficient for storage, but it has the advantage of flexibility. Price is a value. I bought the three, to reduce the per unit cost, since I knew I'd use them completely. I like the easy installation, great fasteners, clean finish and how CDs and DVDs are displayed. I only had one DVD that didn't fit like the others, but it's in a cardboard case. The construction welds leave a little to be desired, but strong and flush.

For installation - I attached the brackets to the back, then held them up to the wall to mark the holes. They include a tiny level which is fine, but mostly cute. The little screw driver is less than ideal, but they aren't fancy fasteners.

I think I need one more rack to complete the display/storage of all of my library. Then, I'll decide if I want to light them up. The comfort level exceeded expectations. It fits perfectly in our space.
