Showed up a day early. Extra screws. Everything lined up. I say two thumbs way up. I understand the one review saying not to tighten all the screws as it would make it easy to line up the shelves with the holes but I don' t think that should be a deal breaker as the distance's involved are less than an 1/8" or 2mm. And the pictures on the ad don't do it justice. In our log house with mish mash collection of heirlooms it looks right at home. The comfort level exceeded expectations. Assembly was straightforward.

I love this piece of furniture!
Assembly wasn't bad - but was frustrating when holes didn't line up perfectly/easily. Everything needed to assemble was provided and I assembled it by myself in about 45 minutes. Assembly would be easier with two people.
The stand itself is very sturdy, I love the size of it, lots of storage space, and I love the look of the wood and black metal mixture.
My only, only, only complaint - if you want to display your records front facing as shown in the photos, it's an extremely tight fit. So tight, it was concerning that the record covers might get worn/bent as taking them out and putting them back.
The price was great for the quality! I highly recommend - as long as you're not looking for one with a front display option. The comfort level exceeded expectations.
