The hallway makes more sense as a whole with this wall sconce in place. The everyday routine has been a better test than any first impression. The longer it is here, the less I think of it as a new purchase.

Tuesday unhurried guest prep is when this wall sconce feels most at home in the entry.

I like this wall sconce a lot, although I needed a few days to get used to how much the living room changed around it. The placement took one small rethink, though I am happy with where it ended up. It has been easy to live with on ordinary days. It has been a genuinely good fit for our home.
