Great product overall. I agree with other posters that the knockouts were a bit tough but I was able to manage with pliers and a screwdriver. The grommets were a nice addition to minimize dust in the case. I installed this product in my garage and it fit perfectly between two studs. I screwed directly into the studs using the wings on the case that can be extended.
To help anyone else considering this case vs the larger option:
I have the TRENDnet 16-port Unmanaged Gigabit router inside this box (12 ports used) and an 8 way cable splitter inside and it's extremely tight with all of the wiring. I have the 1 gang panel punched out to run the AC cable out the bottom of the case so it wouldn't consume more room. I was able to make it work but in hindsight I wish I would have gone to the larger version for future flexibility. It fits well with our furniture setup. The quality really stands out.
I had a bunch of external drives and got tied of trying to remember which files are on which drive so thought it was time to consolidate and also protect my data as one of my external drives failed. I installed 4, 16tb drives and also installed the Emby media server. This also allowed me to retire my old outdated computer I was using as my Emby server. I set it up in raid 5 to protect my data. Setup was easy and I like the fact that it will email you with any issues its runs into. I am an IT consultant and have a few clients that have Synology NAS. This is just as good if not better due to the better price and the fact that it has a 4 core processor with 4mb of ram compared to the 2 core processor with only 2mb of ram and the Synology NAS was almost twice as much as this QNAP model. I would highly suggest letting it completely finish setting up the raid (which can take a couple of days just as with the Synology NAS). Make sure that you leave enough free space on the drives (I leave about 20 percent free for overhead and scratch disk. Also you could connect an external SSD drive and install the apps on that and make it even faster! It fits well with our furniture setup.

Brand: Epouseter
This is an excellent storage rack, not hard to put together, and holds a LOT of DVD's! All parts were present and accounted for and there were a couple of extra bolts. It's well-made and sturdy, I'm not afraid of my cats knocking it down.
I'm very glad to have it, it looks great and it fit perfectly where I needed it to go. I am thinking of buying another one! It fits well with our furniture setup. It fits perfectly in our space.
