The only downside is that it's SUPER loud. But the benefit is you'll save so much media by using this instead of nothing or a shop vac. All you have to do to recover the media it vacuumed up is open the bottom of the chute and pour the media into a container. It even has a little spring loaded plunger that knocks the media off the filter.

As with any of these kinds of products, I might have just got lucky. But I've bought quite a few Vevor products and have yet to get a dud. They actually do seem to make good products that are way cheaper, just like they say. The storage and design are exactly what we needed.
