Charlotte Moore I have used these jacks with the Everest tool for a few years now. I do not recall ever having a failure at the jack. Cable issues, punch down issues, yes, but not the jack. The time it saves over traditional jacks without the tool is well worth the additional expense (unless you don't value your time). I like them so much I'm going to stop buying punch down patch panels and get keystone ones instead. These are also a lot easier to install in cabinets with existing wiring - no need to remove the patch panel to get to the back side! It works great as a table piece in our home. Very happy with the purchase overall.
