High grade item very happy came with a cutting template. It fits well with our furniture setup. Assembly was straightforward.
I was tired of replacing the LED strip lights every six months, so I purchased these to replace them. I mixed/matched different sizes to match the underside of my kitchen cabinets and installed them with no issues. I used a 10A 12VDC power supply because I have almost 20' of lights around my kitchen. The brightness is excellent and have never had an issue since I installed them. No more sagging/fading strip lights, these work perfect! Didn't get the dimmable units as they are undercabinet task lights. Above cabinet accent lights would be dimmable. It fits well with our furniture setup. Looks even better in person.
I bought two. I was hoping you would not be able to hear the fans at all, but that is not the case. They are extremely quiet, but not inaudible.
I was also hoping I could leave the fan switch in the "on" position and when I powered the fan's power source on and off (in my case, a game console and audio receiver) the fan would also turn on and off. Unfortunately, that is not the case and the fans remain on until I manually flip the switch. I mounted the switch behind the entertainment stand so it is only a minor inconvenience.
I will say they do have solid customer service. I had inquired their customer service team, before making the purchase, if the fan would turn on and off as I described above and their response time was very fast. They did give me information that wasn't completely accurate. However, when I posted a less than positive review they responded, offered assistance, and also explained why they had incorrect information. I imagine if the issue was something they could control they wouldn't hesitate to help.
I mentioned three negative things here, but gave them a positive rating; supportive Customer Service goes a long way in my book and the fans really are pretty quiet. I would recommend this product, and seller.
