I purchased this unit earlier this month. When it arrived, one of the parts was brokenalikely due to a shipping issue. I contacted Amazon, which directed me to Huu?er. After reaching out to them, they kindly sent me a replacement unit. I was told to keep the original parts, so I repurposed the extras into a coffee table and a smaller side table, which I now use to set down my bag when I get home. I love it and it's very sturdy. I am very pleased with the customer service I received during this process and would recommend purchasing from this company.
