This is a great television holder! I'm so glad it can fit my various items - also game consoles. It came in a minuscule box, I doubted that it was the television holder at all, but it was indeed. It fits well with our furniture setup. It fits perfectly in our space.
I mounted this to the typical HF cabinet. It replaced a ShopVac/dust deputy setup that worked but lost suction fairly quickly. I use medium crushed glass media.
1. Yes, it's loud (wear hearing protection)
2. You'll have to clean the filter (Remove it and knock out the dust) after about every hour of use.
3. It moves a ton of air when the filter is clean and will suck up media. Dump the media out of the bottom before cleaning out the filter so you can put that back in the cabinet without the dust.
4. It's not a miracle cure, it still requires maintenance but when it's working it's a lot better than a regular ShopVac.
5. I'm sure the included filter is letting some very fine dust through it, You can tell when it's running. If you are sensitive to that then just wear a dust mask when in use. It fits well with our furniture setup.
