Product is a great start for people wanting to get into NAS. I bought this as a gift to help someone start their small business so expectations are lower. However for the price I was surprised at how well this performed. If I didn't know computers I would see how the lack of instructions would result in alot of google searching and calling tech support. If you're looking for a file storage and transfer unit this is the product for you. If you are are a heavy media user you may want to bump up to the higher end models. It fits well with our furniture setup.
