Great product, but they gave me a BOGO coupon with my order. I submitted the coupon via emailed, no response. I have emailed them twice about redeeming the coupon, but no reply. It's been a month now with no reply. I would be patient if they just replied with something acknowledging my emails. But when they ghost me, it makes me believe this is not a good company. I will update this review if they honor their coupon and send me the lights as offered.
UPDATE FEB 1 - The company (sort-of) honored the BOGO coupon. They refunded me the cost of the first order, and I ordered another set. I received the lights today. - I updated to give them AND the product 5 stars! It works great as a table piece in our home.

Really well built wall mount High quality Home network rack system. Rack is well designed, offer good airflow, and added to the look and serviceability of our install.

Rack is heavy gauge and very presentable. Almost a shame to lock it in a server room.

Highly recommend for use. It works great as a table piece in our home.
