Packaged very well. 1 of the best I have seen. Other companies should take note. 1 little tear dent in front did not have a chance of damaging the item.
Color even better in person. It is solid wood ( no MDF etc. ) but I new it being Pine a soft wood to be careful handling it. I did mine on a rug. I suggest use the box of you don't have a rug.
Despite the size and appearance my cook books fit in it and I still have more space. .
I am very pleased
But install was a little work 1-2 hours.
Pro: the screws etc were packaged individually and labeled. With the tether for the wall you will find extras labeled with the same designation.
Con: The instruction are ok. look closely you will see item designation close the the item should be a bit large but isn't. shelves just a little adjustable not much.
Challenge/ advise: All was easy till the doors. I recommend a helper to hold the doors in place while you screw the in this helps greatly trust me. even with the magnets. now you could put the 1 on the door before installing but in the cabinet I would do later. If you do not use a rubber mallet for the pins in the cabinet to hold shelved. You risk denting the wood and finish if you miss.
All in all I would buy it again. It fits well with our furniture setup.
