There is contrast, there is texture, it is boho, it is modern, it is perfect for our space ?? there are other reviews saying the doors weren't quite lining up, and we had that problem, but I shoved it and I don't know what my magic touch did but it cracked it into place and everything it symmetrical, maybe I just got lucky lol. A couple of the bags of screws were mislabeled but we made it work. The quality is great for what you pay for and everything functions as it should, magnets work strongly, and the click when you close the doors are so satisfying! It works great as a table piece in our home. It fits perfectly in our space.
