This is a nice option to a cabinet - it functions the same. It is probably less efficient for storage, but it has the advantage of flexibility. Price is a value. I bought the three, to reduce the per unit cost, since I knew I'd use them completely. I like the easy installation, great fasteners, clean finish and how CDs and DVDs are displayed. I only had one DVD that didn't fit like the others, but it's in a cardboard case. The construction welds leave a little to be desired, but strong and flush.
For installation - I attached the brackets to the back, then held them up to the wall to mark the holes. They include a tiny level which is fine, but mostly cute. The little screw driver is less than ideal, but they aren't fancy fasteners.
I think I need one more rack to complete the display/storage of all of my library. Then, I'll decide if I want to light them up. It works great as a table piece in our home. Looks even better in person.

Easy to put together. It'll hold DVDs I want. I got this because it fit in a space and was the exact size I needed. I think the wood shelves could be thicker and I may reinforce mine but other than that it's what I expected and it's perfect for me because it slots into a spot I had that was otherwise basically useless. It works great as a table piece in our home.
