I finally got to having a custom cabinet built to house my AV equipments. The original plan was to have 2 of AC Infinity's S7 dual-fan installed on one side of the cabinet to help keep things from overheating. The built quality of the S7 is excellent, and its black finish looks really nice on the dark-red wood I use.
Things worked well at first, but one of the S7 started to make a little noise, and the control switch appeared to have difficulty turning the fans on (It may have been "overworked"). I contacted AC Infinity and got a response within a couple of hours. Based on the power consumption of my equipments (2 mono-stage power amps, Pre-amp, power conditioner... ) it was recommended that I use the T9 system with 3 fans. Here I must say that AC Infinity's customer service is first class. Arrangement was made for me to return the "noisy" S7 so I can order the T9 quickly. All transactions completed smoothly.
So far, I can't be happier with my current setup: 1 T9 and 1 S7 working together to keep my high-end AV equipments cool. If you own high-end AV equipments and house them in a cabinet you should take a look at Ac Infinity's T9, or the smaller S7 to keep them cool. Highly recommended! It fits well with our furniture setup.
Upon receiving, the add on for the hallway was a great improvement for the house. Now I can add a few pictures, phone chargers, and little items like towels or flowers. It was fairly straight forward on the installation and was complete in an hour, granted I do many DIY projects. Instructions were simple enough to follow and the end result was great! Anyone looking to spice up the house decoration or maybe fill in an empty wall for a room or corner of the house will find this to be extremely effective in fulfilling that role. It fits well with our furniture setup.
These shelves are very sturdy and relatively easy to mount. We purchased nine of them and hung them together and they make a cool accent wall. No assembly required other than hanging with the anchors.
We used the shelves for DVDs and the number you can fit in each spot varies, as some DVD cases are thicker than others. Blu-ray cases are thinner so you'll be able to fit a lot more. We were able to fit an average of 8 in each slot, but quite a few have 7 and some fit 9.
Could we have bought a bookcase instead? Yes. But this is going in a family room and we didn't want to lose the floor space. Happy with our purchase. It fits well with our furniture setup.
