Great machine for the money. Would like a better nozzle though. It fits well with our furniture setup.
I had my modem and wifi router laying near the wall and it was pretty ugly. Once one of my cats chewed on power cable for wifi router, I decided that it is a time for action and that's how I found this enclosure.
I actually ordered a different enclosure first, but that other one was massive and my wife didn't like it at all. This enclosure is much slimer and when you look from the side of the wall, that doesn't seem extend a lot past the wall.
As you can see, I was doing retrofit, and I still need to pass through electrical wire to connect outlet for this box - which is a task I will focus on in near future. Other than electrical cable, retrofit install was super easy to accomplish. Distance between my studs was probably 1/4 in wider than the box, but inserts that I screwed to studs allowed for that extra space, so there was no need to shim anything.
There are inserts that you can use to attach this box to the drywall. I ended up not using them, and now I actually plan to shift my box a bit deeper in the wall, so that inside space is a bit bigger - this google nest wifi barely fits in the box because of its size. It fits well with our furniture setup. Very happy with the purchase overall.
