We mounted this under the eaves to hold the cord for our outdoor LED lights. It is actually mounted upside down. I worried that it would latch close but it holds quite well. Plus it's waterproof so we don't have to worry about a short either. There are several holes from which to choose for the cords to go it. The storage and design are exactly what we needed. It fits perfectly in our space.
