AC Infinity has always done right by me and this is no exception. I bought this fan because I installed a mini fridge in a kitchen cabinet. I had drilled out some ventilation holes but they weren't doing enough to get the fridge to work properly. I installed this fan and it did the trick.
The quality of their products is second to none. Even the packaging gives you a feeling of quality and it's just cardboard. The product itself looks great and works just as described. It comes with a template to cut out any of the wall or cabinet where you are installing it.
The fans run ultra quiet and are very smooth. It comes with a USB or power adapter. I opted for the power adapter to make sure that it was getting the correct amount of power to make sure that it was working as it needed to. I have the fan on high and you can't hear it at all. Moves plenty enough air for my needs.
There aren't any cons to this product. The price is extremely reasonable so don't even bother looking anywhere else. It fits well with our furniture setup. Looks even better in person.
This patch panel is simply another great Leviton product. I've used structured wiring products from several different manufacturers, and I have to say that Leviton's is about the most well thought out of the product lines. This patch panel, much like the rest of their stuff, is all Far East plastic - but Leviton's seems more well built than most. The legs that hold it in your wiring cabinet are thick and the holes that hold the pegs are substantially thick - no pulling apart when mounting this thing!
Also, a nice usability feature that this Leviton panel has, is little hooks on the front side - when you're punching down your cables, you simply spin the thing around and HOOK it into the peg-holes in your cabinet - this locks the panel in place and give you a nice firm surface to punch against - when you're done, simply spin it around and push your pins in - ready to go!
The last feature that made this my choice, was the number of ports (24) and the fact that you could mix/match the types (not ALL cat6 or cat5e) - I was fairly specific about what cable speeds I was installing at various locations (based on the device going at each outlet), so I saved a little money by only dedicating (and paying for) cat6 where I really needed it.
Overall - a GREAT product - easy to use, sturdy, and latest mainstream technology. Definitely recommend this for small patch jobs! It fits well with our furniture setup.
It does well to control the 6 fans I have running to cool my Xbox series x inside a small cabinet. I have 4 fans pushing air in the bottom of the cabinet and 2 fans running at the top. This keeps that cabinet under positive pressure and allows me to filter the intake so little to no dust enters the cabinet with my xbox.
I also run the modem for my internet in this cabinet and the exhaust cools my router.
I have smart settings adjusted so the fans kick on at 95 degrees F, and they run full blast at 105. This means the fans aren't on unless I have my Xbox running, and they don't ramp up until I am running a game that pushes the Xbox. For instance the fans never leave their lowest setting while I play my old school favorites, such as the original FFVII, and they begin pushing full capacity for new gen games.
The temperature probe seems to be doing a great job hovering over the xbox's exhaust, and sends the right signals to allow my xbox to run full tilt, where I witness far less thermal throttling when pushing the xbox at peak settings.
Placing the xbox in the cabinet with 4 fans below and 2 above has proven to be a significant upgrade to the xbox as it performs better than ever, and this controller is the heart of the whole system.
Everything was simple to understand and this is a plug and play unit.
As a bonus, the digital read out on top of my cabinet, serves to demonstrate I take my electronics, their functionality, and longevity seriously.
I couldn't be happier with a basic order and a simple install that's made my xbox not only cool better, but allowed me to condition the air at the same time. It fits well with our furniture setup. Very happy with the purchase overall.
