Product came flat and had to be put together so if you're not handy with reading instructions then you'll have a problem went together in an hour due to the fact that it uses Allen key bolts so if you have the tools that replace Allen keys it'll go together in like 10 minutes overall very happy with this product power strip in it works really good it does stop a surge. It fits well with our furniture setup. Very happy with the purchase overall.
First off, the customer support is great for these products. One of the panels I received was damaged and after a short back and forth via email the seller quickly sent me a replacement for free.
The modular design of these panels are great for small racks where space is at a premium. I was able to design and 3D print modules that hold a Raspberry Pi 4 and the Home Assistant Yellow. Being able to mix and match keystones and devices was just what I was looking for in my home rack. It fits well with our furniture setup. The quality really stands out.
