These feel like heavy quality in the hand. The finish on mine is a smooth black semi-gloss that I am very happy with. I think they are beautiful. The screw hardware inserts under the edges of the semi-circle, right where the most resistance would be, so for me that's a thumbs up because I will probably have them supporting several pounds of weight when in use as tray handles. It fits well with our furniture setup. Looks even better in person.

This is exactly what I was looking for! It is super sturdy and well made, The storage capacity is perfect to keep all those important documents in one place without having a huge cabinet that takes up so much space. It fits well with our furniture setup. Very happy with the purchase overall.
