David Brown It comes flat-pack and you need to assemble it yourself.
I found it was actually easier to mount the back panel on the wall and then assemble the rack in place. This saved me from trying to hold the bulky rack and drill lag screws at the same time.
The keys/locks are a bit 'crunchy', but they work and i dont access it often.
The cable inlets at the top/bottom are knock-outs. The metal tabs that hold them in are pretty sharp. I filed them down to avoid damaging my cables. It fits well with our furniture setup.
