QUALITY
After doing research on other similar and competitive items - I chose this product. I am happy that I did.
PROTECTION
I bought this (two actually) to provide protection for outdoor wireless access points. The access points are not cheap and I wanted something I could easily get to the device while providing a high level of protection. These fit that bill. Waterproof - yes. Sun proof - yes. Freeze proof - unknown.
DIMENSIONS
The dimensions were important to me as I needed to fit the 'TP-Link Deco Whole Home Mesh WiFi System (Deco S4)'. The Deco fits nicely within the junction box.
WIRELESS FRIENDLY
I did not experience measurable degradation of wireless signal when placing the Deco in the box. Granted I wasn't using sophisticated RF measurement devices - but the apps on my phone were not reporting a huge dB drop. I used the Deco app and the signal value did not change. Strong signal two yards over (somewhat occluded line of sight too). I am a happy customer. The comfort level exceeded expectations. Very happy with the purchase overall.
