This cabinet is a mix of MDF and wood - not solid wood but good quality nonetheless.

The price is quite reasonable, which makes it a good value. Color is just as pictured.

The notched in the shelves where the pins go are a great feature. They keep the shelves snug. Also, the magnetic door bumpers. The manufacturer went to a little trouble with these extras!

I'd order this again and recommend it! It fits well with our furniture setup.
