While most reviews were good, sometimes that's not the whole story. But, this rack turned out to be a great purchase. The price was very good. It was well packed and arrived very quickly. All the necessary parts were there, and a generous supply of 5mm and 6mm screws with washers. It can be assembled to handle either size.
Aside from a parts checklist, there was no documentation in the box. I took a few minutes to watch a video about assembly, but it was pretty evident how it went together. I just didn't want to make a dumb mistake. Note that the wheels come already mounted to the base. Just be sure that the wheels with the locks go on the front.
So, the rack is very sturdy. It's well finished. Mine had no scratches or dings. My equipment went in smoothly and everything lined up perfectly. It works great as a table piece in our home.
Currently I have a hx stomp on a pedalboard with the big tonex. I bought this to go with a Helix floor since I could just tape it to the top of a blank spot on a helix floor and through the effects loop.
Now if you're someone who isn't on a budget, and prefer bigger with more control, get the bigger unit for sure.
But 20 models on a single tiny pedal? One you understand the controls this is a great deal, especially if you don't need to use many models and need something tiny. Could possibly find a nice small frfr cab where one could run both via battery. It works great as a table piece in our home. Very happy with the purchase overall.
